Welcome to Melodaze — a chill place to rediscover your vinyl and track your listening.
By using Melodaze, you agree to these terms. They're written in plain English, not lawyer-speak.

Using Melodaze
You can use Melodaze if:
- You're at least 13 years old (Melodaze is built for grownups and music nerds).
- You agree to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You're responsible for your account and activity in the app. Don't break things, don't spam, and don't try to game or abuse the system.
Accounts & Integrations
Melodaze currently uses Discogs for login. That means:
- You'll connect through your Discogs account.
- We'll get limited info from Discogs (your username, email, and collection).
- You can disconnect or delete your account anytime through Melodaze settings or by contacting us.
We also offer Last.fm scrobbling — if you connect that, you agree to their terms too.
Your Data
We keep the minimum necessary data to make Melodaze work (see our Privacy Policy).
We don't sell, rent, or share your info.
You can delete your account whenever you want.
Our Stuff
Everything in Melodaze — the design, code, logo, and content — belongs to nobodyiscertain, llc.
Please don't copy, resell, reverse engineer, or pretend Melodaze is yours.
You're welcome to share screenshots, playlists, or features online as long as you credit Melodaze.
No Guarantees (But We Try)
Melodaze is provided as is. We do our best to keep it running smoothly, but:
- We can't promise it'll always be online or bug-free.
- We're not responsible for any data loss or issues caused by third-party APIs like Discogs or Last.fm.
If something breaks, tell us — we actually read our email.
Changes to the App or These Terms
We may update features, fix bugs, or change these terms from time to time.
If we make a big change, we'll notify you in-app and update the "last modified" date above.
Continuing to use Melodaze means you're cool with the new version.
Termination
You can stop using Melodaze anytime — no hard feelings.
We may suspend or remove accounts that misuse the app or violate these terms (spam, abuse, scraping, etc.).
Legal Stuff
Melodaze is based in the United States (Texas, to be exact).
These terms are governed by Texas law.
If any part of these terms turns out invalid or unenforceable, the rest still stands.
